Issues is an application for managing faults, warranty claims, and inspection remarks – all directly within your digital twin. Each issue is linked to an exact location in the building, providing clear context, full traceability, and efficient resolution.

Issues is a spatially integrated issue management application, fully embedded in the digital twin. It enables structured, coordinated, and location-aware management of all types of issues – from fault reports and inspection remarks to warranty deviations and change requests. 

Each issue is tied directly to its spatial context: a specific space, building component (IFC object), technical asset, or precise coordinate in the model. 

Users gain a visual, end-to-end workflow where issues can be created manually, triggered via integrations, or imported from external systems. All information is searchable, traceable, and accessible within the 3D model or plan view – complete with metadata, history, and assigned roles.
